HOW WE PRODUCE THE AREAS BEST HARDWOOD LOGS

We only sell fully seasoned British sourced fsc Hardwood, the process begins by stockpiling vast amounts of round lengths of timber for around 18 months to begin the seasoning process and let the wind crash through the stacks and lighten the wood to make the futre processing easier

We process the Timber into 10 inch Logs into the specialist vented Log bags, these breathable bags allow the wind to pass through the bags and finish the seasoning process

We leave the bags of Hardwood outside in the wind and Sun for around 10 months until the moisture contetnt is averaging out at around 20 % and then we store them inside our Brand new storage barn ready for despatch to the end user. (please note: moisture content is an average, feel free to check the logs on delivery with your own electronic moisture meter.
